How do I register a product claim?

Your first call is to AgSolutions® Customer Care at 1-877-371-BASF (2273). We might be able to resolve the issue over the phone, or BASF grower representative may need to visit your farm to gather more information.

How do I check the status of my product claim?

Call 1-877-371-BASF (2273) with any questions throughout the claims process. Always have your claim reference number handy.

How do I know when my product claim has been resolved?

BASF will contact you directly when your Ag Product Assurance claim has been fully reviewed, investigated and resolved.


What are the product claim deadlines* for 2024?

  • Seed Treatment: June 21, 2024 or call within 2 weeks of seeding
  • Follow Crop: June 21, 2024
  • InVigor® Assurance: July 7, 2024
  • Herbicide Performance: July 12, 2024 or call within 3 weeks of application
  • Crop Tolerance: July 12, 2024 or call within 3 weeks of application
  • Fungicide Assurance: August 9, 2024 or call within 2 weeks of application
  • Pre-Harvest Deadline: Minimum 4 weeks after application in canola, 3 weeks in all other crops and prior to harvesting

*Within 30 days of product delivery.
