BASF will contact you via email at each stage of the process. You will be notified when your Ag Product Assurance claim is initiated, investigated, when documentation is required and during final processing.
What are the product claim deadlines* for 2025?
- Seed Treatment: June 20, 2025 or call within 2 weeks of seeding.
- Follow Crop: June 20, 2025
- InVigor® Assurance: July 7, 2025
- Herbicide Performance: July 7, 2025 or call within 3 weeks of application.
- Crop Tolerance: July 7, 2025 or call within 3 weeks of application.
- Fungicide Assurance: August 8, 2025 or call within 2 weeks of application.
- Pre-Harvest Deadline: Minimum 4 weeks after application in canola, 3 weeks in all other crops and prior to harvesting.
*Within 30 days of product delivery.
Does my retailer have info on my product claim?
Not specifically. Our priority is to work directly with you to resolve any product issues. You are welcome to share information, but all our communications will be directly to you.
