Grow@BASF Summer Internship Program

The Grow@BASF Summer Internship Program offers students a career-aligned, project-based experience designed to support the development of future leaders in agriculture and beyond.

Interns benefit from structured onboarding, dedicated mentorship, and a capstone project that showcases their impact. With tailored development sessions and curated learning opportunities, this program is a launchpad into the BASF Professional Development Program (PDP) and long-term career opportunities.

This is more than a summer job – this is an opportunity to Grow at BASF.

Campus2Career Experience

The Campus2Careers Summer Program at BASF Canada offers flexible, task-based roles that provide valuable seasonal support while introducing summer associates to the dynamic world of agricultural innovation. Summer associates gain practical experience in a collaborative environment tailored to operational needs. This program is ideal for those seeking hands-on exposure without the structure of a formal internship, and it’s a great way to explore career possibilities at BASF.

In 2023, Tessa won the BASF Canada Top Intern award for all of her contributions during her season.
